Refund policy

We have a 14-day returns policy. This means that you have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us via info@fm3d.nl. 

Once your return has been accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items returned to us without a return request having been made will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will then be able to assess the problem and resolve it for you. Our products are printed using a 3D printer. When viewed up close, small lines may be visible; however, these are not visible from a distance.

Exceptions/items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customised products (including special orders or personalised items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, sale items and gift vouchers cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.

Return costs

The customer is responsible for returning the product. No restocking or administration fees will be charged.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the return has been approved. Upon approval, you will automatically be refunded within ten working days via your original payment method. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
